Priya Vastra is committed to delivering your order safely and securely in good-quality packaging within the applicable delivery timeframe.

We ship orders throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you safely and in good condition, we ship through reputed courier agencies.

If courier service is not available in your area, we may use an alternative delivery service as appropriate.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the products in your order and the applicable delivery requirements.

  • For multiple products, shipping charges may vary depending on the items, order quantity, weight, destination, and courier partner.

  • The final applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your payment.

Taxes and Additional Charges

  • Our product prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Any additional government charges, local levies, duties, or other applicable fees required for a specific location or shipment will be payable by the customer.

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days, unless a different dispatch timeline or date is specified at the time of placing the order.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handed over to our logistics partner for transit.

Delivery Time

  • Most orders are expected to be delivered within 7–8 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen logistical delays, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Orders will be delivered to the exact shipping address provided by you at the time of placing the order.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or in an unacceptable condition before delivery, we recommend refusing to accept the package from the delivery executive.

  • If the damage or tampering is confirmed and the claim is approved, Priya Vastra will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, subject to product availability and policy terms.

  • Please ensure that the original product tags, invoices, and packaging are preserved intact when returning any product for an approved replacement or exchange.
